Borehole Televiewer
Youngquist Brothers was the first to introduce this technology to the deep injection
well industry in south Florida. The borehole televiewer is an advanced video survey
tool that allows the engineers and geophysical loggers to study the formation of
the well.
The borehole televiewer replaced the FMS log. This greatly reduced the cost to the
customer as well as allowed for visual reference to the well bore.
By using the information returned on the televiewer, the team is able to determine
the optimum zones in which to set casing, packers, or other logging tools.
